I’ve put on about 8lbs since my op and i’m the biggest i’ve been for years and years…. have i just got a bit lazy and fat or did anyone else find they’ve put on weight and not shifted it yet?? 8lbs is a lot on a 5ft 2 person too! xx
I have! I used to be 8 stone 3 and since my op I’ve put on about 8 pounds I think as well
I was getting SO depressed about it because I usually run everyday and gym! But I keep telling myself it’s just a phase and once I can start exercising again it’ll drop off….I hope haha xxx
whats going on with the forum? i cant create a new post?!? xxx
I put on 7 pounds in the first 24 hours lol absolutely ridiculous!
Tell me about it, it’s my boyfriend’s 30th tomorrow and i’ve got nothing to wear, feel huge! xx
Ahhh girls this has scared me!! It’s not the weight of the boobs isit? Haha :S
I’m going away not long after my op I hope this doesn’t happen to me! Have u girls just took it easy for a while and perhaps that’s why??
I always go to the gym but have been told I can’t exercise for a while! I’ll have to just walk on the treadmill or something xxx
No i think the boobs only weigh about 1 and a half lbs! I kept telling myself that at first and then i got bigger and bigger! I think it’s because you’re bloated from the op and if you’re not really carefull it just carries on getting more and more until you wake up one day and you’re fat! Got to get in control of it xx
I had my surgery yesterday and hardly ate anything all day. When I went to weight myself today I already had 2 more pounds. I think it has to do with the surgery. Even though I don’t exercise much I’m a weight control freak so I’m planing to eat mostly salads, fruits and drink plenty of water. Friday if I feel less pain I will start doing walks every day. I don’t know if some of you girls are still constipated but that also helps putting weight. I’m taking anti-constipation pills.
I hope this thinks that I’m planing doing will help me control my weight. Otherwise I’ll have to start going to the gym for the first time in a few years…
i got told my implants weighed 1.5lb each, so thats 3lb u could have put on. it is all to do with the surgery, u can get really bunged up from the anesthetic and i didnt go to the toilet for nearly 2wks! sorry for the detail haha but that can be half of it. also its lack of exercise if your used to going to the gym, dont worry too much, its horrible at the time but when u get back to normal and start moving about more it will drop off. also try charchol tablets, they help with bloatedness. xx
I was the same after my surgery, felt like a real fat bloater and none of my clothes fitted! 5 days po now, not taking the pain killers and my digestive system is about back to normal. I’ve gone from running 5 days a week and riding 6 days to nothing which is taking its toll! Decided to go for a 5 mile walk 3 days po and suffered in the evening from it. Going on the same walk this afternoon as I think I’ll go stir crazy sitting on my fat ass! Well strapped up though and boobies wont budge lol X
chels what size did you have?? You must’ve had massive ones! Yeha i think i’ve just been fat and lazy and i need to sort it out! xx
ive put on quite a bit of weight i feel minging ive lost 2 pound of it though in the past few days but its so hard to eat well and go walking when you feel like shit from not been able to go out properly and stuff xx
no only had 345cc and my pc told me they weigh about 1.5lb each. xx
I just checked online and to calculate your implant weight it 30cc= 1ounce, so devide your implant size by 30 and turn the ounces into pounds and you’ll get the weight of your implants x
god my pc was wrong then! so on average there half pound each arent they! xx
prob bout a 1lb and a half, I know mine r about 2lb (all together) and I had 460 x
when did you girls started to walk without looking like an old lady? I had my surgery yesterday but I still have to walk very slowly because the impact makes me feel soared. I was thinking of going for a walk on friday otherwise my mum and I will go crazy from staying at home. xx
