anyone suffer panic attacks?

worried now incase i get turned away on the day of surgery. i had a suspected mini stroke as well, so thats even worse. any type of stroke and they won’t put you to sleep my nurse said. still waiting on the doctors note to be faxed over to say it was never confirmed! got 2 days til my op!
has anyone else suffered panic attacks or had something similar and gone ahead with the surgery ok?Xx
