Anyone use slendertone belts are they any good? x

I go 2 the gym alot and its gonna be sooo hard not exercising or doing anything for 6 weeks after my ba so just wondered if it would be okay 2 use this so i can stay toned xx

I had the same dilemma so I went out and bought one last sunday! I got the slendertone system belt and I like it so much I’m going to go and buy the shorts and arm bands as well! I had my op yesterday 380 overs so def cant face it today but hopefully get it on this Friday! Add me and I’ll drop you a message and let you know how I get on with it.

hey hun. my mum has an industrial slendertone machine, so a lot more powerful than the belts and i totally forgot she had it up until two weeks ago! im 4 months post op now so it wuda cum in v useful in my fist 6wks! but anyway iv been using this for 2wks on my stomach 3/4 times a week for 30mins, aswel as doing my usual routine in the gym and i feel like my stomachs more toned already so i wud defo recommend them so far! xx

I’ve been thinking about getting one for post-op too. Stupid question, but are we actually allowed to use them straight after surgery or would we have to wait a few weeks?

i dnt think u wud b up for that kinda feeling for the first wk anyway. but after that it wil b fine! its not near your boobs and and can jst feel your stomach muscles contracting. xx

ohh im nt suree! iv only used the big machines. i thought it was jst one belt for men n one for women..bt dnt av a clue! lol xx

lol i got curious so ive just looked and theres 4. flex, flex max, system abs and system plus all sound really good but so confusing lol x

I have the system AB plus… I used it on high level about 2/3 weeks after op… Felt fine at the time BUT I was in soooooo much pain after about 3 days! Crying in agony! I was on period at the time BUT I read instruction and it says nit to use after an op & also when on heavy period!!! Ops! Worse pain than BA girls!!

I wouldnt use it until at least 5 weeks post op!! My ribs felt bruise after op so maybe slendrtone not best option …

Not worth it…. I posted exact same question as u! I bought belt for use after op Cos couldn’t go to gym! Big mistake!!!
