Anyone want any Arnica30 free of charge?

Hollands & Barrett messed up my order and now have sent me 2 tubes free of charge which I don’t need. You must check with your surgeon you are allowed to take them as some surgeons say not to!! I bruise so easily so I took Arnica30 and did not have a single bruise on me after the op!! It was a fantastic product for me.

I’m not a doctor but I think it does yeah. As I was told to take it a week after my op too to help with brusing and swelling. I’ll send you them but maybe just google it first and find out for sure xx
