As above
yeah i am, I didn’t realise that the implants were so cheap in comparison to others, its terrible.
Also I don’t believe it would cost that much more for the NHS to replace implants, surely all the surgery costs are the majority cost anyway. Seems unfair as removal is likely to lead to disfigurement.
I’m unbiased when it comes to the whole NHS replacing them, but I definitely think they should have to remove them at least. I think I would still have them removed even if I wasn’t having them replaced if I was in these poor girl’s situations. I’ve had AAs before I can deal with having them again, although it wouldn’t be ideal lol.
I think it would be best if the NHS done replacement at a cost-price to patients, e.g. if implants cost the NHS £800 or something then we could be charged £800, that to me would seem fair.
Yea I’m watching..I have PIP’s but getting them replaced next week..cannot wait..probably not the best documentary to watch the week before my op..I’m getting nervous now lol x
yeah the cost of the implant seems fair, but deffo more of an option than just removing them as there will be excess skin and they will look worse than before, causing more stress and trauma.
I’m watching this now I dont think they understand that some off us don’t want to stuff r bras for the rest if our lives

I agree nichell08
Not been watching this program but definitely think the nhs should replace them at a cheap price!!! I’ve jus had pips removed and replaced my right one had ruptured!!!! I went with Harley medical the first time and they r the ones who put them pips in!!!! They have been terrible with there patients and wanted £2000 for removal and replacement because I was jus over the 6yrs. I went with my breast and had to pay £4000 but they did it a lot cheaper for people with pips even tho they have never used pips. It would normaly cost £5,500. And as for having them taken out and not replaced I would never of considered that. I was 34a before my ba and the reason I had it was so I would feel more confident in myself and I would certainly not want spaniels ears after having them taken out!!!! X
It was a bit of a weird programme that – the silicone suzy boob things were defo not sexy – can u imagine pulling one nite, getting all fresh, taking ur bra off and them things fell out! I dont think so!!!
yea swoodward I know what you mean about not having them replaced, my point was more if they were dangerous I wouldn’t mind having them removed and save up for new ones if I couldn’t afford new ones at the time rather than risk your health for longer.
