Anyone with 520/605cc?

Hi I’m currently new to this I’m currently a D cup but I want to get an implant to even out breasts and to get a more fuller look due to them being a little deflated and low.

Little scared of how big they would be if I decided to go through.

Anyone had a similar procedure? If so please let me know x
