Hi I had unders 2 weeks ago and I’m still not lifting my nearly three year old, I still have discomfort and I am careful what I am doing. I am back at work but for anyone having unders I recommend a minimum of 2 weeks off. I’m very pleased with my results though, can’t wait to go bra and Bakini shopping 🙂 xx

@nikki that’s okay hun. My son was my main concern in all of this but he’s been a complete angel …he knows mummy is very sore and says “sore boobies mummy” bless him & he completely keeps clear and is very gentle when cuddling me. I had him completely on my own for the past 3 days with no help and I’ve managed very well xx

Aww I have an almost 3 year old boy who likes being picked up. I am just planning on having lots of cuddles sitting down and I’ve started training him to get in & out of his car seat.

Oh god, I only have help for 2 weeks and have a 13 month old and 4 year old. I thought that would be enough time and I’m planning on unders. So worried now x

@sal 2 weeks with help I personally think is plenty babe. I know you have two kiddies so it be a little harder but by week 1 you can pretty much live like normal again. Obviously everyone is different tho but I think 2 weeks will be perfect 🙂 don’t panic xx

The nurse told me not to lift my 2 year old for 2 weeks… I’ll just see how I go I think! Will try and hold off as long as poss… Won’t be driving until I can lift him into his car seat as he can’t quite manage to get in himself. My others are 4 and 7 and aren’t bothered about being picked up so that’s good!
