anything to help promote boob dropping and fluffing?!

my right boob is dropping a lot and looking better and feeling softer by the day! whereas my left is still quite high up, cone like and hard! is there anything i can do to help them drop? i have a tight sports bra already and a breast band i wear them both 24/7 apart from when i am showering xx
