Appointment with surgeon

Hi all, I have my first appointment for BA with Dr Singh on Thurs! Has anyone used him before? I was a 32E but currently a 32C and hate the shape and emptiness after having my little boy. Also what should i take if applying for finance (is this the time to do it?!) Im hoping to put £2000 deposit down and then pay the rest monthly. I’m sure this has probably been asked a million times before but as a newbie im not sure! Any help/advice would be fab. Thanks xx
