Are 415cc going to be too small

I am currently a empty c-d I was expecting 520cc but mr t said because I am having a nipple reduction I should go with 415 or they will stretch again. Has any one had 415 or 410cc?? X

I had 410cc hp unders from an empty a cup…………….look a very full d cup now xx
