Are anyone's boobs a little of an odd shape???

Hi Girls

I’m nearly 5 week post op and my boobs look a little flat at the bottom where my scars are and I have felt like dimples in them – not all over but in the area near my cleavage……I freaked out and thought this could be rippling but my fella said to ask you girls about this. Is it just cos they are dropping and fluffing?? Please help
