Are bras supposed to be really tight ?? May have popped a few stitches ??

Think I’ve popped a few stitches in middle of incisions or made them bleed ??

ur bra shouldt really be tight its just there for some support as far as im aware, but not tight as it will restrict them in dropping. whats happened to your stithces have some come out how many days post op are you xx

2 days I’ve had it really tight ie cutting circulation off in shoulders from straps oops don’t like them feeling loose feels like they’re gonna fall off lol but could feel something pulling in right incision and pads got dots of blood in a line assuming where stitches are ???

well just try loosing it off a little bit so its still supporting you but not digging in, u dont want anything pushing against your stitches too much theyll prob take longer to heal if somethings irrating them xx

I have now ha still waiting on Macom Bra to come so bought an Asda total support sports bra wasn’t sure how supported they needed to be damn painkillers totally numb me everywhere so didn’t notice till now lol should be ok xxx
