Are Macom bras worth getting or just a sports bra?

Hi girls,
I have no ideas what to order for after surgery whether to get m&s zip front sports bra, asda or a Macom can anyone help??
Also how do I know what size to buy??

I got the Macom and the asda one and after my op the nurse recommended the Macom but I showed her my asda one as well and she actually chose the asda over the Macom! It’s really comfy and don’t dig into the incisions. I’m washing it tonight and putting the Macom on so will let you know how it goes xx
