are stomach pains normal post-op?

I have shooting pains in my stomach and going around my waist into my back? Not sure if its my kidneys?xx

U drinking enough hun? You may also just need a good poo too xx

yeah hun have you had a poo, my belly was going mental then I took some lax and well need I say more spent whole night on loo :oops:xx
