are we aloud vitamins? pre op

hi girly’s are we aloud to take vitamins before our op? im getting a slightly runny nose and dont want this to ruin my op by having to rebook xx

Im sure I remember my PC saying no vitamins before… I can remember exactly the reason why though. Maybe call your PC to check

I feel ok just uncomfortable but not as bad as I expected tbh. Feel really sleepy now so im gonna go to bed in a mo.
