i think it depends on how big you go hun, there is a very increased slight risk of ripling with overs, i upgraded to the natrelle implants instead of the cui implants as my surgeon said it would improve the chance of rippling with me, if you have any doubts talk to your pc or surgeon, hope this helps xx

The main factor in you getting rippling is the amount of breast tissue you have to start with i think. Unders will reduce the risk of getting it around the top of the breast and cleavage area. But no matter if you have unders/overs you will still be at risk over the bottom half. I think generally the firmer the implant and the more cohesive the gel, and the more filled the implant is, the less likely it will ripple. So in round implants, soft touch should theoretically give the lowest risk. But the anatomical natrelles should be even lower…. hope this helps!

I’m having soft touch overs and was told these would reduce the risk of rippling but that the best thing I can do is keep my weight stable as if I drop anymore weight the surgeon said I would very likely see the implant
