Are you given antibiotics after BA ?

Hi girls just wondering if you are given antibiotics after youve had your boobies done? My surgeon is Mr Traynor, also what painkillers do they send you home with??? Thanks xx

I was given a week of antibiotics. A weeks supply of ibuprofen and co-dydramol (paracetamol and codeine). Didnt take the codeine one as it makes most constipated. So I used plain paracetamol instead xx

I was given a three day course and co-dydramol xx

I’m jst back from the hospital, they didn’t give me any painkillers or antibiotics, it jst depends on your surgeon I think x

Xkatiex who was your surgeon, think I’d prefer antibiotics just to be on the safe side! Have a feeling I’ll be one of the unlucky ones who gets an infection!!!! X

I was give antibiotics for 5 days and 2 types of pain killers one that’s co-codemal (however ya spell it) and paracetamol and one that’s like ibrufen to help inflamation (excuse all my spelling)xx
