are you meant to see roundness at the top straight after surgery?

Hi girlies, I hoped for the round look at the tops of my breast after my implants but cant see it at the mo, im 1 day post op and wondering if this look comes as the implants settle or should they be looking round at the top straight away… really appereciate any feedback xx

Mine looked round straight away but depends on the person and wat you started with breast tissue wise, I think xx

hey hun, remember ul be all swollen as well so the swelling is probably hiding the roundness once that goes u shud be able to see the roundness better xxxx

mines look more round when i lay down hun, but thats not the look i wanted, i wanted the firm but natural look, my right boob has the roundness at the top but my left one has dropped a lil n softened so its not looking so rounded at the mo, a good push up bra will boost the roundness tho hunni so all is not lost xx cant wait to go bra shopping tee hee xx
