Argh help, feel like EVERYTHING is wrong with me!!

Bloated horribly still, boobs are hot, and now my throat feels like it’s on fire! I also have little, hard, incredibly painful lumps in my shoulders. Added to all this I still can’t sleep a wink… *cry* every time I drop off I wake with a start in case anythin’s wrong with me. Driving myself crazy!

take fuck loads of painkillers the max you can have- only way I got through it.

yeah just drug your arse off.. I bet 8 cocodomal a day (4000mg) (the ones with 30mg of codeine in) would do the trick, i had them for a slipped disc recently and i was floating on a cloud….!! 😆

Yep, painkillers all the way hun! It’s the only thing that got me through days 2-4 tbh..I had everything you describe chick so youre not alone … still not comfortable in bed, cant sleep on my side, incisions hurt when I lie down and better still, Im back to work today…GREAT lol No really hun, just keep up with the painkillers, keep yourself distracted to get through the next few days. It gets better hun xxx

I didn have any pain really but was afriad of it starting for the first week so I took paracetamol and ibuprofen on circulation. I would take paracetamol for pain, 2 hrs later I would take ibuprofen for the inflamation to go down – then 2 hrs later back to paracetamol. You can do this because they are different tablets and it leaves a 4hr gap between the same doses (4 hrs between your paracetamol doeses)
