ARGHHH PAIN!!!

I had my op done last thur n rele love my boobs I’ve had no pain from them at all UNTIL I put me macom bra on a day ago they rele rele hurt me boobs I have a constant throb all the time where as before I had no pain not even day after op…are macom meant to hurt it pulls my boobs together so much n squashes em down is this normal?? X

Did your surgeon or nurse recommend that you get the Macom bra honey,I know they are supposed to be tight from what I have read on the forum,but Im not sure you should be in pain,I would call your nurse and and ask her advise.xxx

I agree with Tina hun if it hurts I wouldn’t wear it. Macom’s are like marmite it seems people either love them or hate them. Personally I loved mine at the beginning but mine really digs in now. They are supposed to be tight hun as they are compression garments but if it’s actually painful then stick to sports bras x

i came back from hospital in macom bra , but next day it was really hurting my boobs.. I did call the nurse & she told me to take it off & wear sports bra from the supermarket istead.. I was in sports bras ever since & it feels sooo comfortable..

If it hurts I would definitely take it off…

I jus rang the Manchester clinic n asked for a nurse n got put through to a man and he said if I can try to overcome the pain I’ve had the pain for 2 days now where as before I had no pain….I Dont no wa do now cuz my other sports bra wasn’t very tight n I don’t want me implants sliding around I’m having a down day xx

can you not go out & buy better-fit sports bra that feels comfortable? xx

I don’t wanna drive I’m only 4 days post op n every1 at work so can’t get lift n I don’t rele feel like gettin ready to go into town as I’m uncomfortable…I’ll just see how my Macom is ..like the man from mya says…try puttin up with the pain x

My surgeon kazzazi has wrote a letter to all Mya nurses apparently saying do not recommend Macom now as he has seen no positive results in the last 6 months. I got a Macom and experienced this pain tooo sobim sticking to my good old sports bras x

i couldnt wear mine atall for atleast the first 2 weeks prob more, felt SO uncomfy and hurt them, so i went braless til around 2wks post op i was just holding them up with my arm couldnt manage it with one on! but after that, the macom is the only thing i find comfy and i cant sleep without it on! x
