my ops in 13 days I’m Gunna take arnica to help any bruising, when should I start taking them?

Mario recommended I take arnica 10 days before and 10 days after op,I had no bruises at all.xxx

oh I’m on my bloody phone & it only showed up once lol, thank u Tina, do u just take 1a day? xx

Hey kassie I forgot to take it till day of op then I’ve taken it every since. I take it every two hours for the first six doses then four times a day two tablets every time x x x

Does that make sense x x
