Arnica

Hey girls! I’ve just been told by my pc that I might be able to have my op on the 4th April but won’t know for definite till mon.. I been advised by a lady who had a BA to start taking Arnica a week before surgery to help with bruising ect. Just wondering if anyone has done this before? My friend who works in boots is picking me some up and bringing them to me tonight but I’m unsure whether to start them x x

It usually best to ask your surgeon honey,some recommend it some dont,you could ring the nurse and see what she says.xxx

hi keeleychic i took then for a week before and about 4 days after then they ran out i had very very little bruising not sure if it was the arnica that worked or what bt usually i bruise straight away so id give them ago, there totally harmless anyway xx

Yh I got told they work really good at stopping the bruising. I will check with the nurse on Wednesday and then start taking them if she says it’s ok x x thanks for the replies
