arnica ???

hiya all,

Im jst wondering wat is arnica iv noticed people talkin abot it but not sure wat it is dnt want to be missin out on anything lol xx

hiya its a herbal medication that is supposed to help with brusing and swelling x

I have been taking it and on only 2 days post opp but no bruising atm and I normally bruise easily x x

i took it and hardly had any swelling and no bruising at all

hi girls how long before the op is it best to start takin arnica? xx

I used arnica, worked great, didnt start taking it untill after the op xx

I took mine a week before and 2 weeks after but i know girls who took them differently lol

Hiya, i had my op last week and had bought some arnica tablets for after op because of seeing it on here, but once i had th op i asked my surgeon if i could take them and if it would be worth taking them and he basically said its just another homopathic thing and that the dose in them is that weak that they wouldnt really make any difference to your swelling or bruising, just that some people feel its something extra to help in their minds. Its most probable that the swelling and bruising would have went down in the same amount of time anyway. xx

Just put arnica on on google and places that sell it will come up but I thought I had no bruising but took my bra off too have a look 2nite and I have got quite abit and I took it a weel before and still taking IT!!!
so if its working I wudnt like to see how bad I wud be lol!!!!
But it mite just not be Working x x
