Hey girls, seen alot of girls taking arnica tablets at different times. Im so confused, it says take two tablets every two hours for the first 6 doses then 4 times daily after for a max of 7 days. Could someone clear this up and let me know when to start taking them before or after my op and how often,
Hi, I’m not sure why but I asked my PC if I could take Arnica she said the nurse advised not to take it before opp and then not for 2 weeks after same going with any multi vitamins etc hope this helps! Seems a bit silly to me but that’s what she said ☺️ Xxxx
Hi Phoebe, I took it as directed (the way you described above) for one week before my op and for two weeks after and I didn’t have a single bruise (I should add that I didn’t have strapping though to be fair). Different nurses seem to say different things about taking it though which is a bit unclear ?Xxx
I was advised 1 week before opp and 2 weeks after. Some girls swear by this but I was swollen as he’ll and black and blue aftwr my strapping came off. And that was a week later! Do what your nurse advises though xxx
