Hi were you recommended arnica or did you have to tell the surgeon you were taking it, cos so far I’ve said I’m on no medication, is it classed as medication if its herbal? Please help I’m confused. thx xx
Hi, i went for a consultation somewhere else before i went to MYA and they told me to take it 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after to stop the bruising. Alot of girls are taking it so i’m sure its fine xx
Hi its not medication its herbal. I took it 5days before and 2days after because i was told to only take it for 7days. I had no bruising at all so hopefully that was down to the arnica. Im 3weeks post op now. x x x x x x
