Arnica

HI ladies,

I have my BA on 17th June. I have seen that lots of your have taken arnica pre and post op to hep reduce the bruising. Do you take this in pill form or do you use the cream? Heading to Holland & Barratts tomorrow to get some.

everyone here says the tablets but i went to my personal dr who said pills never been syentifically proven to work,

but cream has in medical studys.

but got my op wednesday and havnt took ne wish i did.

xxx but lots post op girls say tablets try anything worth a go xx

Hey girls my BA is on the 22nd june i also asked about the arnica and the patient co said it isnt good and mya’s surgeons dont advice you to take them as medical or herbal supplements thin the blood b4 ur b.a.

Niastar,who said that to you? I spoke to the nurse about it at pre-op and she said its one of those things that hassnt been proved either way but that no harm to try, confused now! Ive already bought some to take! might check again with pc 2moro xxx
