Arnica

Hey ladies, I bought some arnica today to help with my bruising nd swelling, bt they had two types 6c and 30c so I bought both as not sure which one I’m meant to take, if any one could help me that would be great xxlisa xx

I took the 30c week b4 and week after = not a single bruise :0) x
