Arnica………

Good idea? Bad idea? x

I’m 3 days on it now. Op on friday 6th may :~) not going to do any harm

How long are u ment 2 take it before ur op. My op is the 24th x

I think it’s a week before and week after

Forgive my ignorance but how does arnica help?

Its ment 2 help with swelling and brusing? Im debating wether 2 take some or if it wont make a difference x

i was told you shouldnt take arnica as it thins the blood, i had no bruising after my ba and i didnt take anything xx

my midwife recommended it after my 2nd baby & I healed alot quicker than first time round, so defo think it does something. Depends what strength of it you get aswell xx

I took it 2 weeks before..not a bruise in sight! X
