Arnica = amazing!

Hi all – just to let you know I had my first check up today after my op last thursday.
Had been taking Arnica from 2 days pre op and then upped dose to 2 tablets , 6 times a day ever since.

Got them of the internet – the brand is Weleda.

Anyway, nurse took off steri strips…..I had NO bruising on my left one at all…and just a tiny bit on my right one….

I bruise really easily normally so am assuming its the Arnica that did the trick! Just to let you all know its defo worth buying some

Hi girls, just checking i have my op on tuesday and haven’t taken any yet co wasn’t sure whether it is allowed. Are they ok to be taken beforehand?

hi jo yes defo…my nurse told me to rake it 48 hours before…2 tablets 3 times a day
dont take on day of op
but day after you take 2 tablets 6 times a day….no food or drink 20 mins either side of it.

yeah am great thanks jo…..days 1-3 weren’t pleasant…but day 4 onwards been great
and today (day 7 i think!) am hyper cos been out the house for first time in ages for my check up
couldnt believe how tiny the scars were…thought i refused to look at first hahah

hiya leanne yeah great thanks glad your happy now i knew you would be lol i’ve been taking more pics today of me in my old bikini’s that i once did-nt fill now just say cover lol i could-nt resist haha got my first post op appointment on sat now was monday but changed it for sat now can’t wait to see the scars and hopefully they’ll say i can shower normally fingers crossed i managed to wash my hair myself today and dry and straighten it finally feel human again. hiya – i got told next week for sure which will be 2 weeks post op
but that i now dont need to sleep proper bolt upright which is good cos its doing my head in.
hahah i went through my underwear drawer and hit me i now have nothing that remotely fits ))

gonna buy a cheap non wired bra from matalan on saturday just to have a mess about with can’t resit.

know what u mean bout feeling human its great – i painted my toenails (me feet looked dead)…did me nails…and popped some st tropez on face and chest…(carefully!) gonna be a nightmare to sponge off but worth it just to feel 100%.

they look so much better am really chuffed.. take care and catch up soon xxx

yeah they recommend the arnica…..i was transform and she specifically told me to buy some and keep taking it apart from op day

aw right.. never heard of arnica.. but my boobs are healing rli well scars are tiny x

ah you fine then if u had yours – sorry didnt realise…

I took arnica andvim not healing very well and have got an infection now on anti biotics x x
