Arnica and bio oil?

Hi all,ive got my BA next wednesday with mr adamo..before i went for my pre op i heard loads of girls on here saying about taking arnica a week or so before the op but my nurse advised me not to take anything? Im confused whether or not to buy some? Also should i start using bio oil to help prevent stretch marks do you think? or do you only use it after? any answers would be really helpfull x x

hi hun, i had my op with dr adamo on wed 12th, i only took arnica day before and i havent got no brusing at all, adamo is a legend , to be honest i think it depends of the surgeon , to how much bruising . i have been using bio oil on the top part of my boobs, but just a lil bit xxx

Thanks for the reply, yea ive read lots of good things about him. Have you been in much pain? Im abit worried because a week after ive had my op im supposed to be setting up a display of all my uni work at an exhibition thing. Lifting and carrying things etc, i havent told anyone in my class and was hoping to keep it a secret as my course is almost over anyway. I dont want to risk my poor new boobs either though x x x

i havent been in no pain at all, i put my hair up, got dressed, didnt really take painkillers, the only thing is getting out of bed first thing in the morning, u just have to take your time. if i knew it would of been like this i would have had it done ages ago. you got nothing to worry about hun, you will be fine xx
