Arnica – Help with Brusing & Swelling!

Hi Ladies

Did anybody take Arnica (Herbal stuff) before and post op at all?

Don’t take it hun! It thins ur blood that’s why u don’t bruise!

If ur surgeon is gebtle u shouldn’t get much brusing! I was only bruised on my insisions!

Arnica is like asprin a very effective blood thinner!

U need to avoid them or scars won’t heal as quickly x

I wasted a 5a too hun as bought it cosa girls on here then nurse almost had a fit when I said I was gonna take it lol xx

i was told to take it for 3 days before and 3 after, i had no bruising at all and minimal swelling..x

i wouldnt take it either for the same reason as fairy as i was warned it was a blood thinner, i didnt have to bruising at all, some people bruise others dont regardless of whether they take anrica or not xx

I was told to take it on my surgeons instructions,but not all surgeons advise it,check with your clinic honey.xxx

Ur should ask a homeopath who knows about it not a surgeon.

I took it b4 n after with my BA n other ops n been fine. C if u have a homeopath near u that u could call n chat to. Xx

is a homeopath as scary as a psychopath?? sounds scary with ‘path’ on the end hehe!!! xx

Oops well I took it had hardly any bruising anyway and I’m alive .. Wish id of known that though I started taking it a few days after xx
