Arnica – how much to take?

Did anyone take Arnica before surgery? im havin a ba monday an have started takin them today, my nurse told me to follow the instructions on the pack which say take 2 every 2 hours for the first 6 doses then 2 every 4 hours after, is this right seems a lot 2 me?

Yes that’s right homeopathic medicines are taken that way I have taken others in the past, you need to have nothing half an hour before and after for a better result. I need to purchase some arnica myself i’m 14days post op. All the best for Monday where and who is doing ur op?

Hi someone mentioned this to me the other day due in for my ba 10th May, is it any good and how long before do you need to start taking it? any reccomendations on where to get it from? I’m so looking forward to getting my new boobs. Want to do all i can to help the healing process any advise?

i had my op 1st april and took arnica from 30th march until yesterday
recommended to me by nurse….i have no bruising on left one…and just a thumb print of bruising on right one – its fantastic
