Arnica + Vitamins?

Hey..

just wondering if Arnica is worth buying and what does it actually do?

and do u have 2 stop taking vitamins for before ur op?

help plzz xxxx

I was asked to stop vitamins 2 weeks before my op,I was told to take Arnica for my BA,but only on my surgeons instructions,he believes it helps with the bruising,however when I had Rhinoplasty my surgeon did not recommend he said it made the blood too runny,so it depends on the surgeon honey and procedure.xxx

my mom is super healthy and self studies health for like 30 years…she says vitamin c and B12 is essential for healing…

nurse told me to stop taking vitamins 1wk before and dnt take after for 1wk too. said not too take arnica either. i hardly had any bruising either. what surgeon you having? i had dr singh. xx

but yes after op…i also stopped all vitamins and also my pill yasmin two week before op and for 2 weeks after op and then i can start taking it allx

Hi Shelly im having Mr fallahdar and alot of the girls that have had him say they have no brusing but i do bruise very easy and will probs be covered in bruises…xx

I took Arnica pills & used Arnica cream after my laser lipo & my bruising which was quite bad (see pics) cleared up really quick so I think it helps!xxx

hey claire i had Mr F 6 weeks ago i was advised to take arnica had no brusing at all babe clean wounds very good surgeonx x
