my paper work says dont take any herbal, but i no lots do. x

    Menu

i have been told arnika is a miricle worker!! i also would like to take some im having mine done in 2weeks, let me know what response you get back on arnika, ask your pc.

    Menu

Think I will ask the nurse when I go in 2 weeks, you get so many mixed views on every subject… It was transform that told me that pre op you should take them… Thanks girls x

    Menu

Hey Summer. There was a big debate on here not so long ago about Arnika. Apparently it’s really bad to take it as it thins the blood and has lots of side effects attached to it. Nurse went mad at one girl who said she was gonna start taking it but everyone seems to do different things x

    Menu

Thanks fairydust, just shows you the difference in views x

    Menu

I was told exactly the same by my pc at Transform… do they discourage it at MYA then? Apparently it’s supposed to help with the trauma your body goes through during the operation etc.

Hmmm I will have to ask at my first consultation next Saturday… SO excited!

    xx

    Menu

You will have loads of questions by next week hun, I didnt wanna leave, ha! x

    Menu

Haha! Have you just had your initial consultation? Or have you been back and forth a few times?

    Menu

Had the 1st then seen the surgeon twice. Im booked 10th April hun… So excited!!.. I didnt feel happy with consultation but surgeon one was great and I couldnt wait to book and all Ive thought about is getting it done since. xx

Thanks hun…i’m getting scared now lol xx

    Menu

Aaahhh gosh, SO many people having their operation!!

I wish I was having mine now =(

I am so impatient, but hopefully I will get to see a pc and surgeon on the Saturday as I am travelling two hours for the consultation!!

How long was it from your first consultation to the point where you were all booked up?

I had my consultation last tuesday and am booked in for my op a week 2morra so its been super fast for me xx

    Menu

Try to let the excitement over rule the anxiety jo, you will be fine and all worth it… thats what I keep telling myself anyway x

kayteelouu, it comes around so quick. I saw surgeon on the day I had 1st consultation then booked it jusyt over a week later as I had to sort out the finance, after that I booked to see surgeon again as I wanted more answeers but knew I wanted him to do it for me… I am the most impatient person so I know what youre going through hun. I hope your journey is worth it, thats far to go. Let me know how you get on… p.s, I originally was gonna have it done in August but couldnt wait xx

    Menu

    Jeeeeeeez!

I would like to book for May/Beginning of June time if possible.

Excuse me for being a nosey so and so.. but did you pay everything up front.. or are you taking one of their finance options?

You don’t have to answer my question if you don’t want to, money talk can be a bit awkward sometimes!!

    xx

    Menu

No thats fine hun. I got partner to get a loan, we put 400 deposit down then the loan goes straight to them 21 days before op x

    Menu

P.s. What are the names of your surgeons? Are you going for a more natural or fake look?

Sorry for all the questions! Just curious you see!

I paid in full at my consultation hun! The only reason i was able to do this was because my mum died 18months ago and i was left some money…mum always knew i wanted my boobs doing so i’m sure she will be up there smiling down at me xx

    Menu

Is it possible.. to put the £400 deposit down, take out the loan but pay more money off when you have the money if that makes sense?

For example… if I love my pc/surgeon on Saturday and I want to book in there and then… put down £400 deposit, can I then pay a nice chunk of money in say May/June time when I have earnt a little more?

My surgeon is Dr Helena Antoniadou, i’m having an uplift with 320 low profile overs xx

Summer, your right, i get bouts of excitement and then bouts of meltdown…i just want them done now xx

    Menu

I was the same and still always asking the girls questions… its fine. I want natural as poss so Im going with Mr Kazzazi as he does what you ask but theres a few surgeons and all the girls seem to be happy with who they go with. Its an individual thing x.. Where are you travelling to and from?

    Menu

JO! I am so sorry to hear about your mum!!

I am sure she is up there smiling down at you too honey!!

I am travelling from Ringwood, Hampshire. In the South, so the clinic and the hospital are both pretty much 2 hours away from where I live. I have looked up the address of the hospital in North London (Highgate is it?) and hopefully they will let me stay in a nearby hotel instead of at the hospital. That way I can stay with my boyfriend overnight and he can drive me home!

    xx

    Menu

jo, you got that money so that your mum could give you what you wanted!!

Just dont rush and hand over money kayteelouu until youre 100% hun but I think you can have many options but We did it that way. How much you get a loan for will have to be decided on application though hun xx

lol..i know, there is smoke coming off my laptop haha xx

    Menu

How far is the hospital then Jo?

The only part I’m worried about is if I do choose MYA, and have my operation, the check ups will be in Bristol which is 2 hours away.. pain in the butt having to travel 2 hours for a small check up! But it’s necessary so I’ll have to just grow a pair and drive myself! Lol

    Lol lots of messages!!

hi kayteelouu, i cant have my ba till september due to paying a car off :( but im going to start paying off lil amounts to mya each month starting end of april then at end of august apply for a loan for the rest i owe and have my ba at some point in sept and start my loan payments at the end of september as you have to start paying a month after you sign for your loan! thats my plan anyway! lol so yeah u can pay lil payments up untill ur op x

    Menu

So that post I sent about paying 400 for deposit and then paying off a bit more when I have the money would be okay?

    xx

    Menu

Know what you mean Shazzy, I’ve gotta go to Holborn too. Except I am driving. (That’ll be an experience through central London) Am I mad!! Takes at least 2 hours (without traffic) just to have blood pressure etc taken then back there again a week after op just for a quick check up. Long way to go hey! x
