Hi I’m 11 days post op. Most things r going really well. I had uplift and implant. I was advised asda sports bra were the best but when I went 4 my 1 wk check up I had a few blisters at the bottom of my boobs which I’m thinking were from the sports bra. I’ve tried 2 get other sports bra’s but no other 1’s gave me the right kind of support I needed so I’ve ended up cutting out the coarse mesh part n sewing them back up. They r lots better now no irritation at all! Just wondered if any1 else had a similar problem with the asda sports bra’s? Xx

ive bought 2 ‘post surgery bras’ off of asda direct, hoping to be a 34E, but iv bought 36D and a 36DD post surgery bra, theyre a bit nicer looking than plain sports bras, theyre black with white detailing

Hi melissa I’m doing great. I had mr auraxi n he was fantastic. U can hardly see any scars. He uses glue though rather than stitches or staples which I’m very happy about. I was 32E and I got 300 unders. I would say I’m slightly bigger now but not by much. I haven’t been measured yet though, but it was more about getting the fullness n uplift 4 me n keeping them at least the same size. Good luck 4 your op bet you’re excited! Where r u getting it done?xxx

Hi michelle I was going to buy a macom bra cause I wanted the best but I have been told they would be too tight on my boobs. If I was you I would just get a cheap 1 4 after your op then if your nurse says a macom 1 wld b ok order 1 then cause they only take a cpl of days 2 come. Good luck with your op xxx

Hi rebecca I might look at those 1’s. U can end up spending loads on them 2 get the right 1 lol xxx

theyre only £6 but if they dont have a size big enough for u there are some other ones that are just plain black for like £8, if u go on ASDA Direct type “surgery bra” in the search box and it’ll bring up 4 different ones, I dont think you can get them in the actual shops, but u can defo get them online…
