Asda Sports Bra

Hi girls,
I know there are lots of threads on what sports bra to get for recovery, I have purchased a macom but have heard good things about the asda bra. My questions is how do you know what size to get them in as they go off back and cup size? If anyone used these a reply would be appreciated! Xx

I’ve bought one and just went on back size. Go on George website and search for post surgery sports bra x
