Just picked up a sports bra from asda as I’m worried if I leave it til a few days before I won’t be able to find my size – its a ‘sports branlow impact’ not wired etc – has anyone used these & will it be ok? It was only £4 but I’m worried about running out of time before next week so wanted to get one today but now not sure it’s the right one!!!!

I found the asda sports bra awful actually. The material was harsh and it really aggravated my wounds. The tesco medium/high impact are amazing though! x

I find the asda ones good, but am not wearing them at the mo, as laurakate said as well, my boobs are really sensitive where the feeling is coming back and the material is aggravating it a bit – it’s where the seams are across the cup. They were fine before that tho and I will hopefully be able to wear them again in a few more days when the sensitivity settles down. I’ve ordered a different one in the meantime!

Thanks girls, I might get myself a tesco one too – high impact sounds better for me with two little children haha! Does anyone have a link, can you buy online? II’m not sure what size I need though, nurse said size bigger than I expect to be & I asked for a D ‘and a bit’ LOL I’m having 410s im 34a/b deflated at the mo, so I bought 36E in asda bra but should I have got DD?? Really don’t know!

That sounds ok, I had 34b pre op and 400 overs took me to 34dd but needed a 36 back for the swelling, the 34dd was a bit small so E should be perfect x

Just got home from asda and brought 3 bras. 2 sports And 1 post surgery. Omg! I want my Macom bra back on! I’m usually a 34 but thought I’d put on a 36. Still hurts! Before I put it on I wasn in hardly any pain. Did anyone else find this? I’m 4 days po so maybe i’m just used to the macom xx

Just been reading through posts on here and someone has said Mr Traynor doesn’t like you to wear a bra? Is this true???
