At the consulting stage

Hi girls

I’m only just starting out at the consulting stage although have been keen to have surgery for around 10 years now and can finally afford it – yippee.

Not sure if I will need an uplift as well as implants or whether I’ll get away with just implants as apparently I’m borderline.

Would love to hear back from anyone who’s been in this situation too. Any advice / before and after pics would be greatly received!
