Attention: Mr adamo’s ladies

I know mr adamo has said it is not necessary to wear a bra/sport bra.
when am lyin down its fine, but once I try to bend to pick up stuff, its hell, but noticed when i wore bra its better.

Could I get advice from girls who ve been thru this, thanks

yeh i find it more painful without a bra too so have ben wearing ine altho bit uncomfy underneath where scars are? xx

i had my op with adamo and i still wore one. just a basic cotton one from m&s. for comfort more than anything x

how long do you have to wear it for? i’m thinking of having an opt in sept xx
