Awaiting revision surgery for CC.

Hi Girls, I just wondered if anyone on here has Mr Schiavone as there surgeon? I’m 1 year post BA and I have had CC since February, its uncomfortable and horrible to look at. I can’t wear normal bras as its so big and hard. I now have stretch marks and its just really getting me down. Anyone who is looking into having a BA, please make sure you look into the consequences, as you always think its never going to happen to you. It doesn’t matter what surgeon you have the risks are obviously the same.

Thank you 🙂 My surgeon said I would get the best result with overs. CC stands for capsular contracture, its basically hardening of the implant due to scar tissue compressing the implant. I would definitely read up on it before making any decisions, just so your aware exactly what it is and what happens if you develop it. You are covered for 5 years after your surgery, however I have been told if It comes back after the 2nd op I will have to have them out all together. 🙁 so fingers crossed.
