AWEFUL consultation :(

I met Dr Singh today for my 1st surgeon consultation. He was so nice and funny and friendly. The problems came when i took my top off. The second he looked at me he said “oh no. Were going to have a problem” He was pretty shocked what i looked like at 25 apparently. Im booked in on April 2nd for a BA. I wanted overs and i wanted to be a DD. Im an Empty c now.

Basically because ive been an f cup in the past and shrank back down and an e last year due to an unknown pregnancy (that i lost) my skin condition isnt great. Poor infact apparently. Plus apparently im really saggy. I didnt realise i looked that aweful.

The Dr says if HAVE to have an uplift. Plus he would have to do my BA under the muscle which i really really didnt want. Like i really didnt want the uplift. Also, he said he would not give me bigger than 260CC, STILL MAKING THE FINAL RESULT A C CUP. Im devastated. I couldnt stop crying during my consultation. I tried on the c inplants and saw no difference. I cannot pay twice hte amount i was orriginally spending to have a lot bigger scars and essencially having my nipples higher up and firmer but the same sized boobs. Im gutted. I dont know what to do!!!! I could maybe consider it if i was offered a D cup but im still crying even now 🙁

I really dont know what to do. Ive only been offered everything i didnt want. There is no point going to another surgeon because even Dr Singh said he was the dr girls go to when other surgeons refuse to do the size they want!

Any advice from other Uplift and Ba women? Im near certain i dont want it done now but maybe i can be talked around? xx

Every surgeon will be honest with what they see so they will tell you your flaws wether good or bad as they are the ones that will make it better… I think honestly he wasn’t specifically saying they are awful for a 25 year old but in a surgeons professional view yes you will need work done and this is what plan he has suggested for you for the nest results, the thing is avoiding am uplift especially if you are over border line meaning severe drooping you may end up with a ‘ rocK in sock ‘ appearance where the implants drops and weighs down with the natural breast further as your skin is stretchy already and the more stretching the more thinning, hence in your case I’m presuming you also have thin skin so surgeon has suggested under the muscles which will give you extra coverage by 20% more then over the muscle? I would say a second opinion is fab but Dr singh is a reputable surgeon and you are in safe hands Goodluck but if you still are not sure no one can force you its your decision I’d say to do research and then make your final decision x hope this helped x

It’s always worth getting a second opinion. Even if they say the same. Then At least you know you have no other option. But I saw 3 different surgeons who all were going do different procedures with differing sizes although I don’t need uplift.

I don’t know if this is an option but if you don’t want uplift but want to be bigger have you looked at the fat transfer procedure where they take fat from say your thighs or stomach and harvest it then inject it into your breasts. Some of the results are pretty amazing and very natural looking. I think cavendish clinic do it. May be worth a consultation?

try mr traynor?….im an empty c after having children, biggest ive been in the past is an e so my boobs are empty and have quite a lot of loose skin. i was worried i’d need an uplift but i never…he just said id need large implants which could mesure me as an F but am hoping it will look DD! which wories me a bit as i dontwant them to drop quicker coz theyre heavy….but mayb worth trying a diff consultant for a 2nd opinion xx

I had exactly the same at my consultation with Mr mounir, i had already paid for a ba and then he said no you need a uplift :-(!! i was devastated but once i got used to the idea i knew he ws giving me my best option. I went ahead with the uplift and 340cc and i went from a very empty c cup to a perky ff!!!!

Don’t let the scarring put you off mine is nearly invisable after 12 months x

Its not just the scarring. I could get used to the idea but im really not willing to pay so much money to stay the same size i am now! 🙁

Wipe those tears away Miss Ashleigh. A c cup isn’t flat and big boobs don’t mean great boobs. You can have great small boobs too. I had MR Singh on 19th Feb for a breast uplift only.. no implants. .
I used to be a 38FF and lost weight and shrunk down to a 34DD. My boobs were saggy and empty. Now they are were they should be. They are perky again. Yes I will have scars but they will fade.
And if you have the small implant and end up staying the same size, you will have full boobs, Perky boobs, round boobs, great looking boobs. Not saggy empty one’s… That will probs get worse as you get older. I’m 46 and wish I had of had it done when I was 25.

Look at Goldie Hawn. . She’s great looking and as sexy as they come… she has a completely flat chest.

MR Singh is a great surgeon and wants you to look your best as it reflects back to him. So he wouldn’t suggest anything that didn’t need doing.

My husband has always said… big boobs does not make a girl attractive. Confidence does. .. whether she had huge boobs or medium sized boobs or is flat chested. So dry your tears. . Add me as a friend so you can look at my pics of my now perky boobs.

If you have them lifted with small implants they will look great I’m sure.

Just seen your last post. . You might stay the same size But they will look loads better than they do now. They will be perky and full and feel heavier than they do now.

Sian is right hun before I lost the weight I had huge boobs and after my surgery the don’t look much bigger but they are high and full and are just 100x better than they were x

Thanks kelbel! Yours boobs were in a better condition than mine to start with. Your nipples are in a better place 🙁 I wouldnt be as upset as i am now if my surgeon offered my an uplift with the DD size implants that i wanted originally. Yours do look really nice now though. The scars dont look too bad even at 9 days. I think im most worried about the scaring around the nipple to be honest! x

A specific implant cc doesnt determine a bra size so you could possibly achieve a DD with the size that has been offered for u remember your own breast tissue adds to the final result also so although you be having a lift you have plenty tissue there to also work with. Think positive cheer up

I was just worried because Mr Singh said i’d never be able to have DD and we would be looking at a C at the biggest? Its not as if i want huge boobs. I just want bigger an a C. All of you girls are helping me so much though. I feel so much calmer xxx

What size clothes and height/weight are you ?

You have probs looked at my pics by now and thinking. . Omg look at the scars. . Lol. I’m only 3wks post op and I’m healing really well. I was really bothered bout scaring round my nipples as I’m fair skinned and a redhead and scar easily. But MR Singh had done a fantastic job and I can only see two marks from stitches.

Im a size 6 dress. Its mainly because i have a small waist, 24″. 32c bra size. a size 8/10 in jeans though! And im pale also like you! I’m 5ft 3 and around 7st 10. I know i sound tiny but im so used to having bigger boobs! I feel so abnormal and horrible now that they’ve shrunk so considerably 🙁

Get a second opinion for piece of mind…. but other than that… just go for it. Don’t waste your time fretting. You only live once. Do the best you can to improve your looks and if This is all you can do… then do it. Your boobs can only look better than they are.

I was a FF for years and years. I lost 4st and am now a size 12. I’m not used to having DD boobs (probs a D now as I’ve lost more weight) all my family have big boobs… well the girls do lol…. I’m the only one with my size
. But I’ve done what I can to improve them…. Really just do it. If you don’t then they wont change and you will always think
WHAT IF..
… Believe me, As you get older they get worse not better.

A c cup I’m sure suits your frame. And don’t forget, they will change from what they look like now. They will be higher, Fuller and more perky. That’s What you will be paying for so they will look different.

Dry your eyes, calm down, have a drink (or some chocolate) and go for it….. Remember. . You only live once.. only you can change The way you are/look.

The scaring will fade and scaring round your nipples wont be that bad, if anything.. if it was then do you think I would of risked it. Do you think anyone would risk it. The areola is lumpy on most girls anyway.

One life Miss Ashleigh! It wont change unless you change it.
