AXA PPP HealthCare – Can I get my ears done free?

Hi I just realised through work I have private medical cover with AXA PPP Healthcare.

Even though I am now 35 I’ve wanted my ears done still I was younger, but managed to live through the bullying and name calling in school so never had them done.

Do you think I can still claim under my private medical for this treatment? What would I need to say to them?
