Post op size: 34B, slight tubular

Stats: size 8/10, 5ft6″, age 20

Op date: 18th november day case

Chose MYA and Mr Singh after my friend had hers done by him and i researched, found this site and all his work i saw was AMAZING..wanted my boobs done for years as theyre tubular they never looked normal even in clothes i had to pad them out so much. I couldnt believe when it was actually happening, thank you nan!!

Day of the op: i was ******** it for weeks before i was losing sleep, cant believe it came round so quickly. i had about 2 hours sleep, had to leave my house in essex at 5am, got to highgate 7.10, my admission was 7.30, filled out a form and got shown to my room, which was nice! more like a premier inn hotel but had a bigger en suite and electric bed lol!

watched Jeremy Kyle and the best nurse ever (Esther) measured me for my stockings, did pregnancy test etc. then i met the anesthetist. next Singh came in and for some reason instantly my nerves disapeared, he really put me at ease just the way he was with me, he went through everything like he did at the consultation, drew on me, took photos and told me i was next!!

went down at about 10.40..started crying in the lift, Esther was lovely and tried to calm me down, i stupidly looked around as i walked into the side room which has windows on the doors and saw what looked like a holby city set! the guys with their masks on etc. REALLY started freakin out thinkin *** am i doing i cant do this!! i laid on the padded op table in a side room Esther was strokin my hair tryna calm me down, i must of looked about 12 no makeup on hair in plaits, crying! an the HOTTEST young guy dressed in scrubs kept walking in n out doing stuff lol phwoarr wanna know who he was!!

Esther left and anesthetist came in, he said you should of said if u was scared! heres the gas take deep breathes..ur doing v well aysha..and i was GONE haha..1st thing i remember after that was warm air blowing under my blanket loving it, back in room by 11.40, mum took a photo of me, i was smiling lol in no pain, tried to make me eat tea and toast but i didnt want to. kept checking my blood pressure all was fine except after she gave me the cocodamol i felt SO sick, i couldnt get up or even move my head without feelin like throwin up. this carried on for hours, nurse tried to inject my bum with anti-sickness but i started shaking and crying i couldnt do it.. i was put on a drip which didnt help, given tablets too still no luck, was really the worst part of it all! Esther my nurse was so nice the whole time, checking me and doing everything she could. they gave me a menu i chose fruit salad, steak and cheesecake, i ate some of the steak it was seriously the nicest steak ive ever eaten!! and picked at the fruit salad. they got singh and the anesthetist in to see me and singh said it happens sometimes and i should sleep it off an il be fine. it got to about 10pm and i then pretended i was ok so i could go home the car journeys abit of a blur, got home went to sleep

day 1

woke up feeling ok, lil bit sore but my god are they heavy!! stayed on the sofa all day, took ibuprofen and paracetamol, the codydramol make me feel terrible..days abit of a blur!

day 2

sorer today, feel like ive been kicked in the ribs and i can feel the incisions, they feel open and the tape digs in when i sit down, strangely feel better when im standing! the macom feels too tight and hurts my cuts, i cant wear it. had the worst back ache from sleeping upright! my bf came in and i was sleeping sitting up like an old woman lol

day 3

had enough of the tape, called the nurse and she said i can remove it, feels lots better i can breathe easier although they now feel heavier, but as i cant take off the bottom strip (incase the dressings come off with it n id panic!!), the macom hurts me even more so sent my mum to get me a asda bra to use for now. but that is SO tight on my incisions even though im a 34 back, and she got me a 36! i still cant wear a bra, not good! find myself constantly holding them up with my arm or they hurt more! boobs making noises when i move lol! feels v weird. they arent pretty. cone shaped n swollen nips. singh said will take up to 3 monthes to become round though!

day 4

thought the pain would be better today but everything still hurts, probably coz i cant take the codydramol so im on normal pain relief from the chemist! its mainly the incisions, i hate being able to feel them like ther a big open wound and the hard tape + the macom dig directly on them coz i had to have my breast crease lowered. ouch

Hi hon, I had the same thing with my macom, and I also got the 36 back Asda bra and that did the same thing as you as well! I think in total I bought about 10 sports bras of different sizes to try and find a comfy one, but unfortunately nothing really worked, it just got better as the days went by. I did the same thing with the arm supporting them, from about a week in one was very sore and I needed to support it, but I also found standing up much more comfy. It only lasted a few days. I eventually found a maternity bra in M&S which was all cotton and no underwire and was ok with the incisions, but I think the incisions just feel like that as they start to heal. I padded the underneath of the bra with tissue and it made me feel a bit less worried that I’d damage them, and just wore the maternity bra in the day and the macom at night. Hope you’re feeling better soon x

thanks hun glad to hear im not alone i thought i would be damaging them or something, and yeh i thought about getting another bras from other places but think il jus end up with lots that all feel similar!! think i was expecting them to be too comfy, its too soon i guess.

Day 5:

Pain in ribs has gone! Arm movement still v limited! Big panic when I moved my bra and had a leakage! Thought my incision was weeping so called the nurse and got my mum to sort it for me (first time out of the house since friday how awful is that!) luckily, although discusting, it was just a blister popping from the stupid tape rubbing on me! Feel much better though,finally able to wear my grannybra! x
