BA 1 week ago, post op check and tapes off today and feeling great!!! :)

Just wanted to say thank you to MYA and in particular to Ben Chew, Glasgow for such a wonderful experience. Had my BA last Thursday in Glasgow. I was a small 34B (probably more like a large A) 5’3″, size 8-10 and had 340cc overs. Not had any pain whatsoever, just a little discomfort at times but absolutely nothing to complain about, I guess I’ve just been very very lucky.

The only down side is that I’ve not been able to lift my little boy who’s 18 months old and get a proper cuddle Oh, and the sickness after the GA but again, with the wonderful staff at Ross Hall Hospital looking after me, I was given an injection and on a drip for dehydration and was as right as rain in no time.

I finally got my tapes off this afternoon and although they were starting to get a little bit itchy and I was so tempted to have a sneaky peak I didn’t.

I was so excited to see what was underneath the tapes. I’ve only got a tiny bruise on my left breast and you can hardly see my scars, its AMAZING, so neat and in only a week!! I really can’t believe what a fantastic job Ben has done, he’s a wonderful surgeon, thank you soooooooo much.

I am so happy with my new boobs, currently wearing a 36DD sports bra and looking forward to buying some lovely new bras when the swelling goes down.

hi momo, just wanted to say congrats on getting your new boobies hunni and don’t worry, you’ll soon be able to give your little boy lots of cuddles, just try and take it easy – difficult with a toddler i know, but try not to over do it. Take care hunni xx
