BA 2 years ago and now left breast hurts and has rippling effect??!!

Hi! i had a BA done 2 years ago and now my left breast is getting some sharpe pains and has now got some rippling effect on it. Ive seen in MYA nurse 3months ago and she says its nothing?? if i want to see the Dr i have to go all the way down to London to see him as he is no longer at my closest clinic!!!

Has anyone else had this happen??
