BA and Areola reduction? Or just bigger implants to make areola smaller?HELP

So my whole issue has been the size of my areola…i have small boobs but they are a great shape and the size doesn’t bother me but i have large areola which has bothered me for years. I was told an areola reduction alone may cause some bad healing… skin ripples/rouging etc so I was advised to get implants to just fill out the breast and make the areola more in proportion….. but they will still be the same size and i hear they can stretch bigger with implants in… which would leave me screwed again but with just bigger boobs ahhhh… so do i do BA and areola reduction… even though there will be an obvious scar around my nipple?

i had realllly big nipples pre op, they literally covered my whole A cup boob lol, the main thing i hated was how big they was! but now i have 525s, my nips are still big but theyre in proportion, i thought about having them made smaller but im SO glad i didnt, not worth the scarring just to change the size, i mean id rather look at my slightly larger nips than scarring that possibly might not heal so well! (my crease scars are still pretty red i dont think i heal v well) add me if u wanna see pics x

hey i think that the surgeon must of trimmed mine but i had nip lift anyway i think if u have bigger implants they ll stretch even more well they deffo will, but yh maybe like ashababy said they ll look more in proportion-ashababys look fab! xx

yehh i was worried for a wile my nips wer swollen and stretched even more but the skin kinda relaxes abit after a while and now i dnt mind them atall x

I had a BA with nipple lift 16days ago, my areolas were big pre op and he has trimmed them down for me when he lifted them i gave pics but I still have steri strips on at the mo, I caught a glimpse of my new nipples today when the nurse changed my dressings and I have to say, compared to my before pic, I am VERY happy with my boobies and incisions so far.Yes I have puckering which I was stressing about last week but after seeing them again today, the puckering is filling out lovely Puckering is normal and pretty much everyone who has a nip lift will get it coz of the technique in which the nipples are lifted(they are threaded through and pulled together like a drawstring purse) But nearly everyone will heal great from it.

If you were recommended the lift with implants, I’d recommend you do it as its prob gonna save you loads of cash in the future as you might find you need a full lift if your just opting for the biggest implant to fill them out, the weight might make them sag quicker, who knows, it’s a guessing game. Not everyone will be as lucky as Ayshababy with her lovely boobies

Your more than welcome to add me, I will be updating my pics over the weekend when I take the steri strips off, so you’ll be able to see my new nipples and get an idea of what the incisions look like etc.

My stats were 8 1/2 stone, size 8/10, was a saggy 32/34B, I had 470 responsives unders with nipple lift with Mario Russo(brilliant surgeon) xx

Feeling so disheartened… I have now been told that I can’t have my areola reduced because my expectations are to high and she does not want me to be dissopointed….. so I can only get a BA but what if they stretch and are even bigger…. I will just have the same problem but with bigger boobs???
