BA and looking after a 2 yr old…..

I had my BA on monday came out of hospital on tuesday and had my little girl home on wedns who was 2 on 6th october I thought it was goin to b so hard to look after her as I’m on my own but she’s been amazing I’m gobsmacked! I explained that mommy had sore boobies so try not to jump around lol she nodded with real sympathy bless, since then I went to get a drink she took my hand and said no…. Down and pointed to the sofa, I sat down and she went and brought a bottle of water out the fridge and said for mommy and gave me a hug and a kiss, I made dinner and she said mommy ok?? And rubbed my back haha, went to get up to put the light on and she told me… Down, I said hollie I need to put the light on, mommy is okay, she shook her head got her little table pushed it up against the wall and turned the light on then came over and rubbed my back, couple of hours later we got ready for bed and I said she could stay in mommys bed, she pulled the covers back propped up some pillows told me to get in then pulled the covers over my head, she got in next to me stroking me head and cuddling up to me saying okay? Lol she has been the perfect angel I’m so shocked at how she has been, I’ve tried to tell her I’m better so she dosnt think she has to mother me lol but its like she knows, she even points to my painkillers and says mommy take. She’s unbelivable, I just wanted to know if anyone knows how I can get her to stop worrying lol, I’ve tryied everything from playing, drawing watchin cartoons, telling her I’m ok but she still trys to not let me do anything, she still seems happy just want her to carry on being a toddler just wanted to share this as I think my little girl has been fab, couldn’t ask for a better daughter xx

Sounds like she’s enjoying looking after you for a change. I should just sit back and let her enjoy it, i’m sure she’ll get bored in a few days anyway. Sooo sweet!

Aww what a sweetie – she will love looking after you! I have a wild 2 year old son and have my BA in less than 2 weeks, fingers crossed he’s half as good as your wee angel xxx

Yesh I’m not gna enjoy it too much ros cuz I know she will get bored in a couple of days haha bless her though, good luck pauline u will b fine let me know how u get on xx
