BA has been moved grrr!

paid the rest of my ba off a few days ago and now been told it has been moved from kidderminster to london.. so out of the way!

oh well suppose im just gonna have to deal with it if i want these boobies! wish i was told this before though! hotel and transport needs to be re-arranged now, and will have to stay in a hotel for 2 night where as before i’d only have to stay for 1 night!

Well if it has been moved you should not have to incur extra costs,Have a word with your PC honey in special circumstances transport has been arranged for other members so they did not incur extra cost,MYA are usually very good at accommodating for things like this happening,this is what makes them stand out from their competitors,let me know how you get on honey.xxx

Hi Abi, I’m in the same situation and quite annoyed about it. It means my 3hr journey is now at least 4 and a half plus accommodation will be more expensive for my partner. My pc offered me a £150 discount when she told me though – I didn’t even need to ask for it which is good. It’s not an ideal situation but if it means nice boobs I’ll do it xxx

Mines been moved to from Kidderminster to highgate, they are supplying a hotel room but don’t have a way of getting there and back! Xxx

I think we should because it’s not our fault, my journeys gone from 30 minutes to nearly 3 hours! Not just that I really font know if anyone can take me’! My pc said she doubts I’ll get travel costs What are u going to do? Xxx

Apparently all ops booked for 30th june at kidderminster are being moved to london but speak to your pcs to double-check that x

Yes apparently, Kiddiminster no longer can accommodate, thats what I was told anyways. Not sure what the full story behind it is x

im booked for June 2nd and go to the cardiff clinic! mya sent me a letter this morning with a list of hotels near the hospital and brief details on how to get to the hospital by bus/tube/car so im guessing im gonna have to sort this out by myself and its gonna cost so much more, not happy! gonna get in touch with my pc though just incase there’s anything they can do!

Yep just come off the fone to wanda, she said mya are nit operating thru kidderminster anymore, gutted they said they wil pay for hotel room, but its not the point i was so happy about bein able to come home and be in my owb comforts ‘( and originally i was booked in with singh but then changed it to mario because he was the only one tht operated so close to home. Highgate is in north london apparently but not sure where – this is what I was told today anyway x

Im at fitzroy 31st may and travelling from nottingham, we’ve booked into a holiday inn for 2 nights which is costing about £130 out the centre and getting tube in (if not TOO early) and getting a taxi back to hotel later which will cost £20. Took us ages to find somewhere which will be comfy and has parking xx

I have been moved from the 5th may at kidderminster to the 6th may at highgate. My pc told me that the kidderminster hospital is not of the standard that mya would like so no more op’s there but i did get £100 knocked off of the price which is good is suppose.

@Dolcie highgate is in north london somewhere, you should ring your pc as my date was moved to the next day and seeing as we were on the same day your’s might be the 6th aswell xx

My pc is faye, it looks as though everyone has been offered different things as compensation lol, that is a bummer what are you gonna do now? as i’m a day case i haven’t booked a hotel i’m making the journey back home just hope nothing goes wrong as i wont be able to get back up there lol. Ladysweetness how far do u live from highgate? U do know that if u go home and sumfin goes wrong that ur aftercare is void because uv gone against what they want u to do. My pc said they wil pay for a hotel x

I live in bristol so over 2 hours away, i didn’t get offered a hotel. no one has told me about that, but as so many girls have been ok i thought i’d be alright x

I will speak to my pc on mon she is on annual leave until then! Sure we can sort something out! Im a day case too but too woosy to go home lol would be worried all night thay something will go wrong and i want my aftercare to be valid lol! Sure ur b fine though, im a worrier lol!!

I was moved from Rochdale to Preston and my date changed from the 7th July to the 6th July – MYA paid for all my transport, send a driver to pick me up and bring me home xx

It seems they giving us all different things to try and compensate! I have been told they are organising a hotel, but no mention of travel costs and its clearly costing me to get there and back cos originally I was a day case at kiddie and going home! I don’t want to be in hotel

I’m in the same boat as princessj29, was only told yesterday that my ops moved from kiddi to highgate and my ops a week on Saturday! Told that my hotel will be covered but not travel! It really should be, shouldn’t it?

nooooooooooooo just been told its Fitzroy hospital not highgate… even more gutted because atleast u can get str8 into north london whereas fitzroy involves tubes nooooooooooooooooooooooooooo anymore bad news?!! x

its good that some of you have been offered transport/ hotel or money off your BA .. but i havent been offered NOTHING! and its gonna cost me so much more now its been moved, not at all happy x

abi they shud atleast offer u one or the other, fone ur pc and tell them what us girls have had. thats not fair at all, we should all be treated the same xx
