BA -Help with sizes please??? 32AA, size 6-8, 7 stone, 5' 6" – 340cc or 380cc??

Hi, got my operation booked for the 22nd March with Dr Helena but i still dont know which size to go for! Im quite skinny and about 5’6″ and have been told that the 380cc is the biggest I could go! Im having unders and want to achieve not massivley fake but not a natural look either – but a nice middle in between both!

Just wanting some advise on people own experiences and what people thing about sizes?

340cc or 380cc – advise urgently please?

Go for the biggest you’re offered babe. That’s the advice ive been getting Been offered 365cc or 410 cc Hopefully I will be able to get the 410cc. Wanting to be a DD.

380 Hun. I had 380 overs from a 32b and I look a d/dd max. U will loose some size with unders so go biggest ur offered x

Thanks! Really scared im just gunna look massive so im reluctant but the 380’s are my gut instinct i think! I want to be a C ideally so would a 380cc do this? xx

Hi alison, as a guide, they say every 150cc is around a cup size, 380cc is equivilent to well over two cup sizes, plus, if you have unders you will lose some size as sara11 says. What size are you now? xxx

Just really concerning ill look stupid if i go too big, but dont want to risk wishing id gone bigger! Really worried about strech marks too, anyone know much about how likley strech marks are to occur?

i was a 34a, 7stone, size 8 and had 460cc unders. I dont have strech marks yet but im only 5days post op. I think if ur skin is prone 2 strechmarks u are likely to get them. However after 2 pregnancys and no strech marks i dont expect im going to get them with my new boobs either xxxx

Lol I tried to do the same but it’s only my belly and face that get bigger! I am 8 bottom and 6 top x

He kinda insulted me and said the 525 will balance my heavy thighs lol thats where i tend to gain weight xx

I know everyone says go for the biggest but with your small frame bear in mind that a bigger implant may lead to rippling.

I was a 32B and had 340 unders, 5 weeks and i’m a 32DD, but I also have rippling which is a bit upsetting, i’m also bigger than you 5’9 and size 8-10.

god if you lot feel fat i feel obsese u noggins u all sound so tiny! im a size 10-12 and over 10 stone!lol..currectly dieting haha x

That’s what I’m most worried about. I think I’m going to have the 410s instead of 460. Been reading a lot about rippling and think it will be really bad with the 460s x

well thats why i feel so out of proportion, ive got a bum and curves and no boobs lol..i keep saying these that i have aint mine i got given them by mistake! x

The thought of 410 makes me feel better but they looked tiny lol says she who has nothing now haha. Also Dr Singh said they would just start to look fake which I’m okay with, so I’m thinking 460 will be more than a little fake. The risk of rippling and looking horrible is making me go 410. I’d rather wish I’d gone bigger than wish I’d gone smaller. What size do you think I will be after and what size do you think I’ll look? x

was gunna say i spoke to a girl on so fem website and she was 34a and had 460s and is now a 34e and they look great x

Oh I want the 460s lol I keep changing my mind. Maybe I’ll just wait and see how I feel on the day. I wish I was naturally a little bigger then I wouldn’t have a problem choosing x

Hi Belle, with 410 from 32a/34aa you should be at least a 32E/34DD, probably on the large side of both of these. I had 340 from an empy 32b/34a and am a 32DD, 5 weeks post op.

If you wish you’d gone smaller all you can do is a reop, if you wish you were bigger you can always get a padded bra!

Hiya I am confused too!!

Have just received letter post-consultation (not from a MYA consultant.. am gonna go and see one ASAP!) saying about FF255 Allergan implants. I’ve looked these up and it seems to suggest 255 cc!!!!

I am currently 30/32B and he said what he was going to do would take me up to a D/DD but after reading these posts I don’t see how?!?! So glad I found this site!

I also wanted the round implants but he said he wouldn’t cz i’d look like Victoria Beckham (!).

He didn’t even show me any implants jst roughly cupped his hand in front of my breast in the mirror and said would look like this!

Crazy.

Deffo gonna book consultation at MYA…
