BA in a week and last minute panic about size..!!

Hiya girls, I’m new to MYA forums but not to MYA. I’ve got my BA booked for 30 May and I’m having last minute doubts about the size.

I’m currently wearing 32c (but I’m not 32, I only measure 26.5 under bust but 32c bras from Next fit perfectly??!) and I’m booked to have 380cc. Surgeon and nurse are confident this’ll take me to an E cup but I keep hearing that they look so much smaller than they measure.

I have a small waist (around 26″) but huge hips/bum (around 38″) – I measure 32″ around my bust with a non-padded bra on.

As you can see, there’s quite a difference between bust and hip/bum measurement – do you think 380cc will be enough to even me out? I keep wondering if maybe I should ask for 410 or maybe even 445 or 460cc!

I’m 5’5″, around 9st and wear 8-10.
